In 2013/2014, the short film LA BOITE NOIR, which Alix Elias wrote, produced and acted in, featured art work by Alix, including the portrait painting of leading lady Alicia Meer, which became the logo of the film. LA BOITE NOIR won a "Rising Star" award from the Canadian International Film Festival in 2014.
2014
In the 1990's Alix painted 3 panels of a large mural used for an original play in Los Angeles in which she also played a leading role. The play was about a Jewish family who had escaped Germany during WWII and relocated to Mexico. The murals depicted characters from the play larger than life size.

The Green Chicken was painted by Alix in the early 1960's. It's currently owned by Jan Clayburg.
